The online ordering process was nice and easy. But the phone call I made the next day really stands out. I wanted to make sure the flowers got the the location on time (it was a funeral starting at 11am). When I called, the lady who answered knew who I was straight away and ensured me she had looked up the funeral online and that the flowers would be there about an hour beforehand.

She was lovely and proactive. An asset to your company.
