Just wanted to say thankyou for all the help and assistance you gave me last week, when I'd given you the wrong house number for delivery of the flowers I had ordered.
By the time I discovered the mistake, you had already played detective and sorted out the problem.
This is the type of old fashioned service that just doesn't happen any more. But I'm happy to say that it does at Cyril Cooke. My family have lived in Geelong all their lives, and Cyril Cooke was always part of that family. I'm so pleased to see that you are continuing the wonderful reputation they have always had.

I ordered some sympathy flowers last week to be delivered to one of our staff members family. I would just like to say that he arrived back at work today after personal leave and was absolutely thrilled with the assortment and was very interested to know who we ordered from. He could not have been more happy with them. The lady that took my order over the phone was great and very helpful.
